At Born Primitive, we stand behind the quality of our gear and want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your training. We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like an exchange for a different size, store credit for future use, or a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in the original packaging or a durable mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once our warehouse receives and inspects the gear, your request will be processed within 5-7 business days.
